Feedback Thingies
Feedback thingies are great if I want to know what anyone thinks about a post or maybe about a program that I held at the library. I set up my blog to allow for comments from anyone, also to be notified by email when someone does. That way I can be sure that the comment will be appropriate for posting.
I haven't done the survey monkey, but I think I will do a survey about open hours. There has been some thought about changing library hours and this might be a good way to get the feedback that I need. Does anyone have any ideas of the perfect questions to be asked?

I'm not sure what the perfect questions are to be asked, but I think surveys might also come in handy for you to help build a case for a new building - let your community share their thoughts on how important your services are to them and what is currently lacking due to your location?
I hope you get some good feedback on your question. Some of the posts talk about using multiple methods of feedback (like paper surveys and talking with patrons) so they can reach the in-house and remote users. Good luck!
